Lake houses were originally small vacation homes which were later renovated as they became year-round residences. However, not all renovations were well-planned; rooms had been added without a cohesive design. In these older homes, we are called in to “optimize the layout”.

Living in a lake community, the view to the lake from your home is a highly desirable feature, but some older homes designs didn’t take advantage of that view. Our clients ask us to bring the beauty of the lake into the home.
