When looking to purchase a home, the owner recognized the embodied charm of this house that had been masked by previous alterations and ‘improvements’.  She recognized the potential to reclaim its former grace while expanding and updating it to current standards.  New roof overhangs and wide trim added to the existing sections help to recreate the classic timeless style of the original house.
