Originally a small lake house in the Indian Lake community, it was important that the existing charm was retained once the major expansion was complete.  The garage was rebuilt with a new art studio added above.  A new sunroom was added with a master suite expansion above.  The front entry and stairs were relocated and a new stair tower built.  And the new, large, wrap-around porch tied it all together.
