While the only addition was a small expansion of the kitchen, this house received a total exterior facelift.   Major renovations included fully redoing the kitchen and incorporating the existing enclosed porch into the main house, leaving just a small new entry porch.  The homeowner now gets to come home every day and say “I love my house!”.
