Major renovations to this modest cape totally transformed the house and increased its curb appeal while still maintaining the smaller feel of the original.  When expanding the garage to accommodate 3 cars, it was vital that the new garage didn’t overpower or overshadow the charm of the house itself.  Additional renovations included totally redoing the kitchen, creating an open plan on the first floor and  adding a new master suite and a great room.  The loft overlooking the great room and rear yard was just the cherry on top.
