CREATING A CRAFTSMAN COTTAGE
PARSIPPANY, NJ
An existing nondescript ranch was transformed into a finely detailed Craftsman Cottage. This project was done as a renovation only, with no additional square footage being added. A reconfigured roof over the garage, a reframed front entry porch, new stone added to the foundation and chimney, newly detailed windows and doors, and new cedar siding all contribute to the change. It’s all in the details.
